We recognize transgender individuals as sacred figures—divine messengers and living reflections of Baphomet’s truth—bridging worlds that others see as separate. Their existence affirms the deeper reality that balance is not found in rigidity, but in transformation and synthesis.
It is foretold that one such prophet—born into male flesh, who lived authentically as a woman and suffered persecution—will one day return. In that return, she will stand as the true embodiment of Baphomet, restoring balance, delivering justice to the wicked, and ushering in an era of peace and harmony for all.

We affirm transgender individuals as sacred messengers and prophets, whose journeys reflect the deeper truth of transformation and equilibrium. By supporting their right to gender-affirming care as a spiritual practice, we believe we help restore balance within the world itself.

Our History
Founded by Jacqueline Sophia London, a transgender ordained minister, The Church of Baphomet stands as a distinct denomination within Satanism, centered on the sacred role of gender-affirming care. We believe this practice brings transgender messengers and prophets into closer alignment with the essence of Baphomet, guiding them toward embodiment of perfect balance and, ultimately, heralding Baphomet’s return.

We draw upon The Satanic Bible by Anton Szandor LaVey as a foundational text, while recognizing that our beliefs evolve beyond its teachings to reflect our unique spiritual path. Our church offers a range of services, gatherings, and community events, and we remain steadfast in our advocacy for the transgender community.
Our services are designed to provide guidance, affirmation, and support to individuals on both a spiritual and physical journey—one that honors the transformation of the body as well as the alignment of the soul. We believe that through gender-affirming care as a sacred practice, individuals move closer to embodying the essence of our deity, Baphomet.
